We are seeking a full-time lab manager to begin Summer 2026 (flexible start date). This position is supported by a grant from the National Institute on Aging (R01AG098263) that seeks to understand the age-related differences in cognition and brain function associated with memory integration and the ability to generalize across related experiences.

The lab manager will be responsible for administrative duties supporting day-to-day lab operations, participant recruitment, running behavioral and fMRI studies, data analysis, and assistance with manuscript preparation. There will be opportunities to develop independent projects, present at scientific conferences, and co-author manuscripts.

Competitive applicants will have a B.A. or equivalent in psychology, neuroscience or a related field as well as research experience. Programming skills in R and/or Python are desirable. The position is expected to last two years, contingent on satisfactory performance and continuation of grant funding. The position is well suited to students looking for additional research experience prior to applying for graduate studies in Psychology or Neuroscience.

To apply, send a cover letter and a CV/resume to Caitlin Bowman ([email protected]). The cover letter should provide a brief summary of your prior research experience, skills, and career goals as well as a rationale for your interest in the position. Applications will be accepted through April 17, 2026.
